Personal learning platforms are facilitating this shift by offering essential training and tailored learning programs. This approach enables new employees–especially those who are remote or hybrid workers–to rapidly integrate into their roles, while existing staff can maintain compliance and enhance their skills for different positions within the company.

In collaboration with leadership and a team of over 20 designers, we spent two years leading initiatives to transform the customer experience across more than 65 company products. This effort entailed redesigning key flagship products and harmonizing digital teams under a common design framework and methodology. Adopting our "one product at a time" approach, Ellucian rolled out the new design in just six months, creating an immediate impact in the market while continuing to develop additional products.
